Pack registry

Register a pack.

Give the registry the URL of a packwiz pack.toml and it hands back a code like amber-otter-42. The registry stores the pointer, not the pack; your files stay on your host.

Shown on the pack card in Muster.
The packwiz pack, on any host that serves it over HTTPS. The registry reads it to learn the Minecraft version and loader.
Shown as a chip on the card so nobody has to ask.
